RETURNS POLICY
Sports Plus offers a comprehensive 30 day returns policy to ensure you enjoy your purchase. If the item you have purchased is the wrong size, you've changed your mind or the colour/style just doesn't work for you then let us help.
We will happily exchange your item or return your purchase for a store credit so you can pick any other item from our extensive product range.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Ensure your item(s) are in new/unused condition and in original packaging
- Email us at info@sportsplus.
com.au to let us know if you want to exchange or return for store credit. - Follow return instructions provided by us via email ensuring that no shipping labels are attached to the returned items or their packaging
- When your product is received and processed by us you'll be notified via email.
- Amount of store credit will be issued by adjusting the Shipping fees.
